Supplier network coordination
Connecting project needs with selected manufacturing partners in Albania and coordinating communication on capabilities, feasibility and production requirements.
Production follow-up
Following project milestones with manufacturing partners, sharing progress updates and coordinating questions or changes that arise during production.
Quality documentation & delivery coordination
Coordinating agreed inspection documentation, project records, logistics information and delivery requirements with the relevant partners.
