ProcAL is the contact for enquiries received through this website. For questions about your information or a request to access, correct or remove it, write to [email protected] and include your RFQ reference where available.

Information you provide

An RFQ includes the project and company details, contact information and any technical files that you choose to submit. Contact enquiries include the details entered in the contact form. Please share only the information needed to evaluate your project.

How enquiries are handled

Submitted enquiries and attachments are stored on the website server. The management panel requires staff authentication. ProcAL uses these details to assess your request, contact you and coordinate the relevant project. Technical information may need to be discussed with a suitable manufacturing partner; you can discuss confidentiality before sharing sensitive drawings.

Confirmation and email

A successful RFQ submission displays a unique reference. Email notifications depend on the configured email service. The displayed confirmation tells you whether email delivery is configured; your saved request retains the same reference when a submission is retried.

Browser storage and cookies

The form can temporarily retain draft fields in this browser when you change language. Selected files must be chosen again. Staff sign-in uses a session cookie. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Retention and your requests

Project information is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and related project follow-up. Contact [email protected] to ask what is held or to request correction or removal. ProcAL will review the request and any project or record-keeping requirements that apply.
