Only essential functions
The application uses browser storage to keep staff access secure, carry an RFQ draft across a language change and prevent accidental duplicate submissions. It does not include advertising cookies, behavioural profiling or third-party analytics. There are no optional tracking categories to accept or reject, so this information is provided without a consent wall.

Staff access cookie
- Purpose
- Created when the staff panel or its session service is used. It identifies the server-side session and supports authenticated access and request security; it does not contain the staff password.
- Duration
- Up to 12 hours; removed on sign-out. HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict; Secure on HTTPS.
procal-05-language-draft
sessionStorage · RFQ draft
- Purpose
- Temporarily carries entered RFQ fields and the wizard step when you choose another language. Selected file contents and checkbox choices are not saved in this draft.
- Duration
- Removed after the draft is restored on an RFQ page, or when the browser ends the tab session.
procal-submission-rfq / procal-submission-contact
sessionStorage · submission protection
- Purpose
- Stores a request token and a technical fingerprint of submitted fields and file metadata so a retry can keep the same reference. Uploaded file contents are not stored here.
- Duration
- The browser tab session, or until you clear this form data. Browser session restoration may retain session storage.
Your controls
You can clear the RFQ draft and submission tokens in this tab below. This does not delete a request already received by ProcAL. Clearing a token can remove duplicate-submission protection for a later retry. To remove a staff session, sign out in the panel or clear this site’s cookies in your browser. Blocking essential storage may affect staff access, language drafts or duplicate prevention.

Hosting and security
Website traffic passes through Cloudflare’s security proxy. Hosting and network providers process technical connection information to operate and protect the website. Security verification may involve additional essential storage when a verification feature is triggered; this application does not configure optional Cloudflare advertising or analytics. This inventory must be reviewed if the website or its security features change.
