1. Business enquiries
This website introduces ProcAL’s manufacturing, sourcing and technology services and is intended for business enquiries. These website terms explain the enquiry process; the scope and commercial terms of an actual project are agreed separately.
2. ProcAL’s role
ProcAL receives the brief, reviews requirements with suitable suppliers or specialist partners, and coordinates the agreed work. A proposal identifies the services, delivery responsibilities and relevant contracting parties before a project proceeds.
3. An RFQ is not an order
Sending a request for quotation, uploading files or receiving an automatic reference does not create an order, an accepted quotation or a commitment to manufacture or deliver. The reference confirms receipt in the system. Feasibility, capacity, price and timing require a separate assessment and agreement.
4. Your project information
Provide accurate specifications, quantities and contact details, and identify relevant standards and delivery requirements. You must be entitled to share the drawings, software, samples and other material you submit. Changes to the brief may require a revised assessment or proposal.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the material and intellectual property you provide. Submission permits ProcAL to use the material for assessing the enquiry and coordinating the requested project, including necessary technical review by relevant partners. Publication as a client reference requires appropriate permission; submission alone is not permission to publish your work.
6. Confidentiality
Contact ProcAL before sending particularly sensitive information if an NDA or specific handling arrangements are needed. Share only what is needed for the initial assessment and never send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal data. Relevant project information may need to be reviewed by a suitable supplier or specialist partner; confidentiality responsibilities are agreed for the project.
7. Quotations and delivery
Prices, payment, delivery, acceptance criteria, warranties and any ongoing support are governed by the separately accepted proposal or contract. Website examples do not set a price, production tolerance, certification, lead time or availability commitment for a new project.
8. Website content and examples
Capability descriptions are general information and remain subject to project-specific feasibility. Cases marked DEMO are illustrative and are not client references or evidence of completed work. External resources have their own terms and privacy information. Use the contact details below to report a material error.
9. Applicable arrangements
Any project-specific agreement identifies the applicable contractual arrangements. These website terms do not replace that agreement or exclude rights that applicable law makes mandatory. Changes to website terms do not automatically alter an already accepted project agreement.
