The requirement

Illustrative brief: an equipment buyer needs an aluminium housing based on a technical drawing. The enquiry includes mounting holes, a machined pocket and a finish requirement. Final tolerances and inspection criteria still need agreement.

The approach

Example route: assess the drawing with a suitable CNC partner, clarify the material and features, agree a sample review where required and define machining, inspection and packaging steps.

Quality and documentation

Illustrative inspection plan: check dimensions against the agreed drawing, review the finish and document the agreed controls. Actual criteria and inspection records must be confirmed for a real project.

The outcome

Illustrative outcome: a documented manufacturing route, agreed inspection points and a specification for delivery planning. This is demonstration content, not a completed customer reference.
