The requirement

DEMO — A manufacturer shares a fragile component model and carton dimensions. Contact points, handling needs, cushioning targets and the proposed transport test must be agreed before choosing a packaging design.

The approach

DEMO — Review the component and packaging envelope with a specialist, discuss sample inserts and a validation plan, then coordinate the approved geometry and batch packing requirements.

Quality and documentation

DEMO — Confirm board or insert dimensions, declared product properties and application-specific documentation. Thermal, load, packaging or fire performance is not assumed and requires the agreed evidence or tests.

The outcome

DEMO — Expected example output: an agreed product specification, validation requirements and delivery schedule; no verified building or packaging performance is claimed.
