DEMO — A software brief for a customer workspace connecting RFQs, documents and project updates.
The requirement
DEMO — A procurement team wants a private workspace for enquiries and document exchange. User roles, approval steps, data retention, integrations and acceptance criteria must be defined before implementation.
The approach
DEMO — ProcAL receives the brief, agrees scope and proposal with the customer and delegates development to an appropriate software specialist. The example plan includes prototypes, staged review and agreed acceptance testing.
Quality and documentation
DEMO — Agree functional acceptance, user access, documentation, handover and support responsibilities with the delegated specialist. Security, coverage and integration requirements need project-specific verification.
The outcome
DEMO — Expected example output: an approved scope, specialist delivery plan and agreed acceptance steps; this does not claim a deployed system or a completed customer engagement.
ProcAL’s role
DEMO — ProcAL receives the customer brief, agrees the proposal and responsibilities with the customer, delegates execution to appropriate specialist partners and coordinates communication and acceptance.
