The requirement
DEMO — A controls integrator supplies a panel layout and envelope dimensions. Cut-outs, door hardware, cable entries and coating expectations must be defined before fabrication.
The approach
DEMO — Coordinate the detailed drawings, review cutting and bending with a sheet metal partner, agree an assembly sample and confirm packaging requirements. Electrical integration remains a separately agreed scope.
Quality and documentation
DEMO — Define dimensional, weld, assembly and finish checks with the chosen partner. Any required welding qualifications or certification must be confirmed for the actual scope.
The outcome
DEMO — Expected example output: approved fabrication information and agreed inspection, finish and packing steps; no completed assembly or delivery is claimed.
