The requirement

DEMO — A logistics operator supplies a site plan and operating hours. Camera coverage, privacy restrictions, retention, entrance permissions, power backup and monitoring responsibilities need agreement.

The approach

DEMO — ProcAL receives the brief, agrees responsibilities and proposal with the client and delegates design and installation to suitable specialists. A survey, approved layout, commissioning checks and user training form the example route.

Quality and documentation

DEMO — Agree functional acceptance, user access, documentation, handover and support responsibilities with the delegated specialist. Security, coverage and integration requirements need project-specific verification.

The outcome

DEMO — Expected example output: an approved scope, specialist delivery plan and agreed acceptance steps; this does not claim a deployed system or a completed customer engagement.
